In keeping with Albuquerque Academy’s mission and commitment to outreach, we are pleased to make campus facilities available for rental to community organizations. Our campus contains a range of both indoor and outdoor venues which can be used for meetings, conferences, seminars, concerts, performances, film viewings, sport activities, and other special events.
Albuquerque Academy is particularly interested in working with organizations whose missions match that of the school and involve serving children. First priority for space is always given to the Academy community.
All groups requesting to use Albuquerque Academy facilities are required to:
- pay a facilities rental fee based on a hourly rate per space requested
- pay to have an approved faculty/staff liaison (selected by Albuquerque Academy) in addition to the facility rental fee
- provide a valid certificate of insurance that meets our coverage requirements
- provide a W-9
Approved Liaison: All events require an Albuquerque Academy employee liaison. This liaison must be a contracted faculty/staff member hired by the Academy to be present for the entire event. A fee of $30 per hour will be charged to the organization, starting from the time of set up to the completion of take down following the event. There is a four-hour minimum charge. The liaison will be selected by the Academy upon approval of the event.
Insurance: The User shall obtain and keep in force, at User’s sole expense, commercial general liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and not less than $2,000,000 general aggregate. This insurance must indemnify the Academy against any financial loss occasioned by any property damage or physical injury relating to the User’s use of the Facilities. The User shall attach to their Facilities Use Agreement a certificate of insurance naming the Academy as certificate holder, additionally insured with the event date(s) and evidencing the insurance coverage required to be carried herein. A separate certificate shall be attached for Food Truck(s). In the event this insurance coverage is not obtained and kept in force, the Academy may immediately terminate this Agreement.
W-9 Form: The User shall attach to their Facilities Use Agreement a signed W-9 Form.
Facility Rental Request Form
Albuquerque Academy is an alcohol/drug/smoke-free campus; no alcohol/drug/tobacco use will be permitted by anyone while on the campus. Use of Albuquerque Academy’s facilities is granted on an individual request basis depending upon availability of the space, necessary staffing and other considerations. Future use of the facilities is not guaranteed.
